Wintry Twigs and Willow Weaving

Nene Wetlands Visitor Centre

Learn how to identify winter trees from their twigs and then have a go at weaving willow to create your own bird feeder. £5 per child. This activity involves the use of hand tools and is most suitable for ages 5+. It also involves the use of bird seed so may not be suitable for people with severe nut allergies. All children must be closely supervised by a responsible adult during this activity. Spaces for each session are limited so, although it may be possible to turn up on the day, we recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment. (Please call 01933 779587 or email to book).
