Heritage Open Days is back at Delapré Abbey; explore 900 years of exciting and turbulent history.

Our friendly staff and volunteers will be guiding you around the behind-the-scenes spaces, sharing the history of the House and its grounds.

Join us for a behind-the-scenes tour of Delapré Abbey at 10:30am, 12:30pm, and 3pm. We will show you all of the nooks and crannies that the general public wouldn’t normally get to see including the cellars, the attics, and the 19th century stable block. Learn more about the fascinating history of these spaces and our plans for the future. Pre-booking is required.

There will also be other activities happening across the site with a classic car show on Sunday 8th September (a £2 admission fee applies) and the Abbey will be open for general admission on both Sunday 8th and 15th September (£5 entry, free for under 18s and annual pass holders).
