Approx. 75 minute dog walk around Summer Leys Nature Reserve for dog owners to connect with other likeminded dog owners and their dogs. Barbara of A Walk With Friends has a lot of experience managing dog behaviour and will be leading this walk, available for tips and advice along the walk. Molly from Nenescape will be on hand for all questions relating to the Special Protection Areas (SPA) and local environment. The aim of this walk is to educate dog owners about the environmental pressures faced by the Special Protection Areas along the Upper Nene Valley Gravel Pits. We hope to encourage positive dog ownership in a fun and friendly manner so that both our furry and feathered friends can enjoy these environments in harmony. All dogs must be fine to socialise with other dogs.

All dogs must be kept on leads.

No extendable leads allowed, even if kept short.

Parking is free if number plates are submitted upon booking, before 12pm on Tuesday 30th November. Attendees booking on after this date will have to pay the standard parking charge at Summer Leys car park.
