Italian Cookery with Carmela: Risotto and arancini

website maker Italian cook and author Carmela Sereno Hayes will guide you to make a fresh seasonal risotto from scratch. Whilst you are tucking into the risotto Carmela will demonstrate how to make, fill, roll and fry risotto balls (arancini) with a pre-prepared and chilled risotto.

The recipes in this workshop are gluten free.

You will be provided with a list of ingredients required for each workshop to buy in advance and cook along with Carmela. You can choose to cook along to all of the recipes or sit back and relax and cook in your own time.

To be able to access the workshop you will need to use Zoom from your smartphone, tablet, laptop or PC. The talk will be a private Zoom meeting and joining details will be sent after a ticket has been purchased. You will be able to join the call using video or audio only if you would prefer not to appear on screen.
