A native of Northamptonshire, Richard Pinel is Director of Music at Jesus College, Cambridge. Prior to this he was Assistant Director of Music of St George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle, during which time he gained international recognition as an organist. He is one of this year’s tutors on Oundle for Organists Summer School course.

His programme will feature three passacaglias from three different centuries: Buxtehude’s D minor BuxWV 161(18thC), the Introduction and Passacaglia from Sonata No. 8 by Rheinberger (19thC) and the Passacaglia by Andrew Carter (21stC).
