A weekly wellbeing group for under 4’s and their grown-ups to connect and create!

Explore creative play and take part in arts activities. Each session will encourage participants to use their imagination whilst building confidence in a relaxed and friendly setting. Led by specialist practitioners, participants will be supported to develop their independence through social, physical and verbal awareness.

The sessions will also offer the opportunity for parents and carers to not only get involved but to also discuss with, support and build friendships with other like minded parents/carers.
