Natural Minds is time out for adults of all ages to take some active rest. Enjoy connecting with nature, meeting people and learning new skills. This month is all about ‘‘The beauty of Winter Trees’. Try your hand at winter tree identification on a ranger-led walk, followed by the decorative art form of bark and stick painting.
