28th October, 2021 @ 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

website maker

The National Space Centre in Leicester bring their amazing inflatable planetarium to the Cathedral to give tours of the night sky.

Join a presenter from the National Space Centre, and be guided through a tour of the night sky. Without the problem of light pollution you will be able to spot hundreds of amazing stars, you will be shown the seasonal constellations, and learn the myths and legends behind them.

This event was hugely popular when it last visited in 2018 alongside the Soyuz space capsule, so early booking is advised.

Tickets and times

Sessions will take place on the hour in the Cathedral.

Tickets: £7.50 per person + booking fee. (Please note: increase in ticket price from 2018 is due to reduced numbers allowed in the StarDome and social distancing measures).

Masks to be worn inside the StarDome please.
