“Dear Diary…Dare We Be Brave”

Room 46 is a heartwarming, exhilarating, funny musical telling the stories of six teenagers, 15 going on 16-years, one year away from GCSE Exams, as they endure Lock-down through the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic. Told via a ‘Dear Diary’ setting, the story follows the government structure, rules, regulations and procedures from the 1st to the 3rd Lock-down, March 2020 – March 2021.

The musical is a vision of our history, a time not to be forgotten, where in a world pandemic, an online social media Room 46 sees six-teenagers find unlikely friendships that’ll change their lives forever. Covid-19, although notorious, this story is actually all about “US”.
