Walking for Health – Rushden Hall Park

We depart at 10am for an even paced walk lasting up to 60 minutes, although we can adjust the route to suit the participants. Our walks are designed for people to use walking as a way of improving and maintaining their health. We visit different areas of the Town each week and the majority of the routes are on hard surfacing, although we do cross some grassed areas so please ensure you wear appropriate outdoor shoes. After the walk we meet in the Community Room at Rushden Hall for a tea, coffee and chat. New walkers should arrive 10 minutes before the start of the session to meet the leader and register.
