Hoards: A Hidden History of Ancient Britain

Peterborough City Christmas Market

The Cathedral is participating in the City's Christmas Market this year, with traditional market stalls on Cathedral Green joining those in the city centre. There will be gift ideas, alpine chalets and Yuletide food and drink outlets, so come along and experience Christmas in a beautiful setting. The stalls will be open daily. Closing times are Sunday mornings until 12.00 noon, and on Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

Cathedral by Candlelight Tour

Peterborough Cathedral is beautiful in daylight, but even more so by candlelight. Come and enjoy this after-hours tour with one of our trained guides and let your imagination soar as you hear stories from the Cathedral's long history. Carols by Candlelight

Join the Queen Eleanor Choir in the opulent Dining Room within the Abbey’s Victorian Bouverie Suite. The classical choir will be singing by candlelight for a truly evocative experience of festivities within a 900 year old Abbey.
