New Lodge Farm Caravan/Camp Site, Farm Shop and Eatery are set in an attractive rural location at the heart of Rockingham Forest Northamptonshire, just outside the 17th century village of Bulwick.

Located on the edge of Gunwade Lake, the aptly titled Lakeview bell tent campsite has stunning views across the water and, with its hedge boundary, is discreetly tucked away from the bustle of the rest of the Park. Lakeview offers an easy camping experience, with 8 bell tents available to hire. Set on wooden decking platforms, the bell tents can sleep up to 6 occupants and are simply furnished with floor matting and LED lighting, just bring your own bedding!

Situated on our smallholding near the small market town of Oundle, with views of the River Nene, the lovely Red Kite Cabin Shepherd’s Hut is ideal for two people.  Red Kite Cabin is available all year. Minimum two night stays, prices from £50 per night. There is easy access to the river so you are welcome to bring your own canoe/kayak if you want to explore the river.

Stargaze Glamping is a brand new glamping experience in a luxurious stargazer bell tent. The family here invites you to glamp in a stunning new five meter bell tent, situated in a large secluded orchard, with the use of your own private bathroom and a host of optional extras such as alfresco dining packages, cocktail boxes and outdoor cinema.

This timber-built, luxury cabin is nestled in an idyllic piece of Cambridgeshire woodland. Sit on the veranda with a glass of wine and watch rare red kites as they swoop over the river, or curl up by the wood burning stove with one of the many books which line the Arc’s shelves

Mary’s was bought last year from the Derbyshire Dales, and over winter enjoyed a complete overhaul and although we say it ourselves, she now looks totally adorable. The comfy bed is incredibly inviting and the relaxed colours add to the stress-free environment that this sweet little hut promotes. There is a small bedside table at which guests can enjoy breakfast, along with a fridge, wash hand basin two comfy chairs and the dearest of little wood burners.
